Return Policy

Return Policy: 

ALL JEWELRY items that are presented to us ONLY in "UN-WORN" with "Tags Attached" condition will be Exchanged/Returned for any selection of your choice on our website. Please notify us of your intent to return within 3 days via e-mail. You have 3 days from the delivery confirmation date to request any exchanges or returns. Any items presented to us that have been worn or do not have our tags attached will not be accepted for a return/exchange. Please include the Exchange/Return form along with your items to insure that your return/exchange is processed within a timely fashion. You will be notified by e-mail once this process has been completed. 

ALL SALE ITEMS are FINAL SALE, in which there will be NO Debit/Credit/Paypal Refunds. 

All mobile accessory, footwear, & clothing items have a 3 day return policy, item must be in New Condition with Original Packaging & Tags Attached (any mobile accessory, footwear, or clothing item with a detached tag will not be accepted), Un-Worn, No Fragrance or Stains in order to be accepted for a Refund to the original form of payment minus shipping which is non-refundable. 

If you decide to return the item please contact us via e-mail within 3 days of the confirmed tracking delivery date. Buyer is responsible for Return Shipping.
